FAQ: Frequently Asked (and Occasionally Funny) Questions

Q: How are your products made?

A: All of our items are made to order using print-on-demand magic. That means we only produce what’s needed — less waste, more intention. Designs are created by our artist crew in LA and fulfilled by our trusted production partners.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

A: Production usually takes 2–5 business days, and shipping adds another 3–7 depending on your location. You’ll get tracking info as soon as it ships — we got you.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Not yet — but we’re working on it! Right now, we ship within the U.S. only. Stay tuned — international shipping is on our radar, and we’ll let you know when our puns are cleared for global takeoff.

Q: Can I return or exchange my item?

A: Because our items are made to order, we only accept returns for damaged or defective items. That said, we want you to love your stuff — so if something’s off, email us and we’ll work it out.

Q: Can I request a custom design?

A: Sometimes! If you have a pun that slaps or a fun concept that fits our vibe, hit us up. We love collabs and creative ideas.

Q: Are your products eco-friendly?

A: Yep. Our made-to-order model means no overproduction, and most items are printed on garments with sustainable certifications. It’s a small way we try to make a big difference.

Q: Who makes your designs?

A: All designs are created in-house by our LA-based art team. We brainstorm, sketch, laugh, revise, splash some color, and bring each concept to life like the little weirdos we are.
